Our sales process covers everything from planning to condition assessment and maintenance. When you choose TNTY Group’s solutions, you will get help from a knowledgeable TNTY Group employee who is familiar with the local connections, everyday living and recreation environment. How we work:


Step 1 – Register warranty for customer

Step 2 – Receive warranty requests from the customer or maintain equipment every six months

Step 3 – Preview and report equipment issue (if any)

Step 4 – Make a warranty/ maintenance plan and propose the costs (if any)

Step 5 – Maintain equipment if customer confirm

Step 6 – Make maintenance/ warranty inspection from the customer
