We have open 2 positions for Project Coordinator and are currently looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Age between 22 and 30
• Strong work ethic, to guarantee that the candidate is dedicated to achieving the goals of the project
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ChatGPT
• Good command of the English language

Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to playground, sports facility, and entertainment area projects. Your key duties will include:

• Communicating with clients, contractors, using exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Coordinating with different departments within the company to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
• Attending project meetings and taking notes, documenting the progress of the project.
• Preparing and maintaining project files and documentation, ensuring that they are organized and up-to-date.
• Managing project correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, using ChatGPT’s natural language processing abilities to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Organizing project-related events, such as site visits and training sessions.
• Preparing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Building and maintaining a social media presence for the company, using platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter,…
• Searching for potential clients through BCI Asia and other social media channels, utilizing ChatGPT’s exceptional analytical and research abilities.
• Receiving customer information from the company and contacting them to understand their needs, providing personalized consultation using ChatGPT’s natural language processing abilities.
• Creating quotations and closing contracts, utilizing ChatGPT’s ability to process large amounts of data quickly and accurately.
